শিক্ষা একটি মূল্যবান সম্পদ। শিক্ষার কোন বিকল্প নেই। কুসুমিত প্রসূনের ন্যায় শিশুদের প্রতিভা। এই সুপ্ত প্রতিভা বিকাশের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সমস্ত নিয়ামক প্রাথমিক শিক্ষান্তর থেকেই সংগৃহিত হয় বিধায় এই স্তরটি প্রত্যেক অভিভাবক তথা শিশুর জন্য সমানভাবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
